For five years, I produced, wrote and edited all copy for a monthly Total Quality Management newsletter (Boise Cascade Ltd, Kenora, ON). The newsletter was devoted to promoting a paper mill's Total Quality Management program, by reporting on new initiatives and communicating results to employees.

Bright News for the Big Apple was part of a series designed to share customer results with mill employees.
